FEU-NRMF Medical Technology International Alumni Society Annual Membership

The FEU-NRMF Medical Technology International Alumni Society (FEU-NRMF MTIAS) is an international membership society for all graduates of the FEU-NRMF School of Medical Technology. The society actively engages in community health outreach programs and offers scholarships for both students and faculty members of the FEU-NRMF School of Medical Technology.

Membership Registration:

1. Online Registration:

   • Fill out the membership form online using the link provided below.

2. Offline Registration:

   • Download the form, fill it out, and email it to the alumni society officers listed in the form.

Payment of Membership Fee:

• Outside USA:

  • Payment can be made via checks.

• Within USA:

  • Payment can be made through Zelle.

Membership Renewal:

• Membership renewal is every July.

Membership Options:

• Annual: $30

• Two Years: $50

• Lifetime: $300 (payable over 2 years)
